Also White-tailed Deer in B.C. are well known for the high quality trophies that can be obtained from the mature bucks. The Whitetails are slightly smaller than the Mule Deer and a mature buck weighs between 70 – 100 kg, and is approx. the same height as a Mule Deer buck. We find the Whitetails mostly in the eastern part of our hunting areas. We can harvest 4 point Bucks meaning that the antler should at least have 4 points on one side. The White Tailed Deer Hunts can be carried out from a stand, with 4×4 pick-up truck, ATV, snowmobile or as a spot and stalk hunt.
